How to contact for Family Emergencies During Your Cruise

Mermaid I and Mermaid II are both equipped with Starlink internet, so in most cases, you can be reached directly by own mobile phone while on board.

If your family needs to reach you urgently and cannot get to you via your phone, please phone or WhatsApp: +62 (0)8133 777 8077 (English),WhatsApp : +62 (0)811 386 940 (Bahasa) and we will relay the message to the vessel as quickly as possible. This is for true emergency use only please.

Note time differences : Bali is 1 hour ahead of Jakarta, Sorong 2 hours ahead of Jakarta.
